The security deposit is one month’s rent.

The deposit is due when you sign a lease.

For your convenience, we are open Monday-Saturday. It’s as easy as stopping in and talking with one of our rental agents. The application form is also available online.

We do not bill you directly for your individual payments. Rent is due on the date your lease begins and monthly thereafter.

We accept payment in the form of cash, check, money order and cashier’s check.

We do not accept credit or debit cards as a form of payment.

Absolutely! We look forward to showing you, your friends and your family what we have to offer. Please CALL the rental office to schedule your personl tour. We suggest 48 hours notice for showings as a courtesy to our present tenants.

We recommend that you contact a financial aid counselor on campus for information about any financial aid disbursement you may receive.

We will ask for your passport, I20 or F1 documents as well as emergency contact information.

Utility FAQs

You are responsible for utilities as specified in your lease document. Provided below is contact information you will need.

Before you move in OR out of your house or apartment, you must notify Bowling Green Municipal Utilities in person or in writing to request new service or a disconnection of current service. You should do this preferably one month in advance, but no later than 3 days prior.

If you have previously had service in your name with Bowling Green Municipal Utilities, you need only to call the office to connect new service. If you have not had service in your name before, you will need to sign up for service at Bowling Green Municipal Utilities and bring the following:
-Your complete name, home address and phone number
-The complete service address, including street address and apartment number
-Your social security number and driver’s license number if you have one

City of Bowling Green Municipal Utilities is located at 304 North Church Street. The phone number is 419-354-6258.

Complete contact information for Columbia Gas Service is available online. The phone number is 800-344-4077. Gas service may not be on in some houses and apartments upon move in. You do not need to sign up for service in the buildings where the gas bill is split between tenants and billed from the office. Refer to your lease for this information or contact our rental office.

To disconnect service, contact Columbia Gas a minimum of 3 days before the requested shut off date. Any time you contact Columbia Gas, you may wait some time before speaking with a representative, so please be patient.

You will need to visit the local office for your cable TV, high speed internet and digital telephone services.
Spectrum Cable is located at 1135 South Main St., Suite 210. Their phone number is 1-800-892-4357.

Frontier also offers Internet, which can be set up by calling 800-239-4430, and landline phone service, which can be set up by calling 800-921-8101.
